Do
I need planning permission?
You will need planning permission for extensions, garages, new builds and
proposed windows.
You will also need building regulations for converting a garage and for building a porch over 3sq. metres. if in doubt, speak to your Local Planning Office.
Is building work expensive?
Not all building work needs to be expensive. The cost of a project will
greatly depend on the style you choose and the style of the existing property.
Period properties tend to be more expensive as they use more reclaimed material that cost a little more than new materials.
